Rental Terms:
We are a non-profit organization and not a business.  Our rental policy are as follow: We require full pre-payment for rental at time of pick-up. We require a minimum of $500 security deposit. Costumes are rented for one performance only. Costumes are to be picked up no earlier and one week prior to performance date and must be returned no later than one week after the performance date. Must have a signed completed Invoice/Rental Agreement.  (we will provide) For out of area rentals, shipping to and from is the responsibility of the renter. Checks are to be made out to Hindu Matiya Patidar Samaj (HMPS).
