Specific Goals From the strategies that we defined we arrived at some specific short and long term goals.
- Short Term ( 1-2 years)
- By 8/14/06 we have increased participation at all events by at least 50%
- By 11/16/05 a calendar of events for 2006 (includes regular events)
- We create a “Family Support” fund
- By 08/14/06 we have completed 1 event per group ( Youth ( 0-30), Middle ( 31-54), and Senior ( 55+)
- We have at least 2 events for EVERYONE
- Make the hall more appealing ( by 11/05/05)
- Long Term
- By 8/14/2015 we either expand the hall or get a new hall that accommodates the full community
- Our youth are empowered and lead fully in our community ( create a Matiya Youth Association) 11/05/05
